Red Mushroom (Block)s are part of a Giant Red Mushroom. Giant Red Mushrooms can be found naturaly but can also be created by using Bonemeal on a Red Mushroom. When a Red Mushroom (Block) is destroyed Red Mushrooms may be dropped.
