The Recycler breaks down items/blocks into their base materials (Their is a chance some of the materials will be lost in the process). Items/Blocks which are not used in crafting recipies and are not the result of one have a chance of being turned into Fertilizer. If a Chest is placed on top of the Recycler it will place the base materials and Fertilizer in the Chest. The Recycler requires power to operate.
